Sonya M. Bartsch

A graduate of Edinboro University of PA, Sonya initiated her professional journey as an Art Director at Blair Corp. During her tenure, she led and orchestrated numerous photoshoots for the Crossing Pointe Catalog, concurrently assuming a pivotal role in marketing and advertising women's wear products. Transitioning from Blair Corp, she entered the banking sphere, overseeing the formulation and processing of commercial loans. Her trajectory then steered towards a Fortune 500 enterprise, where her rapid advancement and commendations from the executive team validated her business acumen and training proficiencies. Armed with these multifaceted experiences and exposure to diverse corporate landscapes, she co-founded Bearfield and Bartsch Consulting.
Adam F. Bartsch
Co-Founder / Consultant

A graduate of Edinboro University of PA, Adam commenced his professional journey as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps, honing his skills as a Communications Officer. Following four years of commendable service, he ventured into roles with multiple defense contractors before transitioning to government civilian status. Across these assignments, he garnered training and expertise in areas ranging from plans and systems engineering to root cause analysis, service provisioning, cybersecurity, project management, federal acquisition, organizational theory, and manpower and training analysis and development, among others. Alongside these endeavors, Adam achieved a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington and secured multiple certifications. Simultaneously, he diligently served as a Company Commander in the USMC Reserves at 6th Communications Battalion. In 2014, Adam redirected his path from federal service to Bearfield and Bartsch Consulting. Since then, his journey has included ascending to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the USMC and successfully fulfilling a myriad of client engagements.
